Hello! We are Brian and Stacey Henry and in 2018 we planted our first Chestnut tree. That was the kick off of our adventure to start a tree farm, and in 2021 we officially established Henox Hill Farm; a family owned and operated farm rooted in faith. Our surnames (Henry and Box) were blended together in order to make this new name and a beautiful business that hopefully will continue for generations to come. The variety of our trees has expanded since then and in 2024 we became an LLC. In the spring of 2025 we opened our doors to make available what we are growing, tapping, making, baking, and what our hens are laying. We're so blessed to have been planted in Ohio's largest county, Ashtabula, and we look forward to serving our neighbors in the unique way that we have been equipped to do so.

Here at our place we grow an array of trees, such as the Dunstan Chestnut Tree, the Ohio native Paw Paw Tree, Maple Trees, Hazelnut trees, and a variety of fruit trees. In addition to providing multiple types of tree seedlings as they become ready, we also offer seasonal chestnuts, maple sugar, fresh eggs from our hens, produce from our garden, and a variety of fresh baked goods made from scratch. Our goal is to always use wholesome ingredients, making good use of our farm fresh eggs, fruits, and vegetables when they are available to add in. We also use maple sugar, made here in small batches, to sweeten most all of what we are baking up. Henox Hill Farm, LLC is just getting started, a seedling ourselves, so come learn and grow with us!

The Chlorophytum Comosum is a wonderful house plant that purifies the air and can thrive even in difficult conditions. It's happy to be outdoors in the shade when it warms up, and it keeps on giving as its small plantlets can be cut and planted to become a new plant.

Rolled Oats, Pecans & unsweetened coconut sweetened with Maple Syrup and Maple Sugar. Add it to your yogurt, use it as cereal or just a tasty snack.

Rolled Oats, unsweetened Peanut Butter, Honey, Chia Seeds, Ground Flax Seeds & semi sweet Chocolate all rolled up into a delicious and nutritious bite to start your day or give you a boost of energy when needed.
COOKIES
All of our cookies are made from scratch. Varieties include Chocolate Chip, Lady Jane (an original peanut butter, chocolate chip cookie with oats and honey), Peanut Butter blossoms, Protein Bites, Sugar cookies, Cinnamon Sugar, Cookie Delights (a cookie sandwich with a buttercream frosting filling), Fruit filled Thumbprint Cookies, and Buckeyes.
